All of the vacation rentals are managed by the OWNER of the property. The site will help you find an available home, condo, or townhome for the dates you are interested in. Don't waste time sending emails to properties that you can't even be sure are available. Once you found a property that meets your needs, you can send an email to the owner, or go directly to the owner's personal website for the property where you can usually find an extensive amount of additional information.

If you own and manage a property in the Poconos Big Boulder or Jack Frost Resorts, consider listing your property on this unique site. The site is small and has a limited number of properties. It is easy for seekers to focus on the resort area and find available condos quickly. You can
link to your own websites to provide additional information to users. The only requirement of being a member is that you are committed to keeping accurate availability information.
