New ideas are always being tried out and tested. Also, I am not a web designer, but a backend programmer, so excuse many of the unfinished CSS styling.

All of the vacation rentals are managed by the OWNER of the property. The site will help you find an available home, condo, or townhome for the dates you are interested in?. Don't waste time sending emails to properties that you can't even be sure are available. If you own and manage a property in the Poconos Big Boulder or Jack Frost Resorts, consider listing your property on this unique site. The site is small and has a limited number of properties. It is easy for seekers to focus on the resort area and find available condos quickly. You canlink to your own websites to provide additional information to users. The only requirement of being a member is that you are committed to keeping accurate availability information.
