Our pocono vacation rental condo is the 3rd floor penthouse in building "D".

This is our retreat from city life, and someday it will be our retirement home. We can't use this pocono condo very often right now, so we offer it for vacation rentals in the poconos.

These lakefront Big Boulder views are from our balcony and living room. The condo development is called "Midlake Village on Big Boulder Lake" in the Pocono Mountains. Our vacation condo rental in the poconos is a third floor penthouse that is lakefront and also has a bird's eye view of the pool. You'll have spectacular views of the big boulder lake and mountains. In the evening enjoy the clear skies and stars from the balcony overlooking the lake. Enjoy a cozy fire in the fireplace. You probably won't need it, but just in case there is central air conditioning in the unit.

It is located along the entrance road to the Big Boulder Resort and walking distance to the slopes of Big Boulder Ski Resort in the Poconos. Use the menu on the left to learn more about how to rent your place, rates, and availability, and a great photo gallery.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, range, oven and refrigerator and other appliances. There is ample cookware and dishware for your use as well.

There are 2 bedrooms, a huge loft, and 3 full bathrooms. Sleeps 8 in beds, with room to spare. The living room has 2 full sofas. The Dining room table comfortably seats 8 for entertaining. The kitchen includes a counter and open layout to enjoy conversations with guests in the living room.

Summer activities at Big Boulder include the pool that you see from the condo balcony. You will also enjoy use of the owners membership in the "Lake Mountain Club". This includes anopther pool, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball, fishing on the lake and at Porter Run Preserve, plus swimming, boating, and sunbathing at the beach at Big Boulder Lake that you see from the window.

At this condo in the poconos you'll find bicycle trails, and many hiking trails around the lake. You are also nearby Split Rock Lodge and Lake Harmony.

During Ski Season, Big Boulder runs a shuttle bus through the condo parking lot that will take you right to the slope. You can also drive there and there is no parking fee. BB lift tickets can be used at both BB and Jack Frost which is 15 minutes away.
